The Newsboys are a Christian pop rock band who first debuted
in 1985 in Australia. They have produced 15 albums. Six of them
have gone gold and they have won multiple awards for their
achievements. They have also authored a number of books.

Steph McLeod was living a downward spiral of a life - drugs and
alcohol was his hiding place. In the midst of all of the emptiness
Steph found a song in his heart that came from a very unusual
place - heaven.
Matt Redman has written some of the most recorded praise
and worship songs of this generation. He spends his time both
touring with various musical projects and directing the worship
at major events including Soul Survivor. Matt states that his
hearts desire is to know God better - a great starting point for
leading people into worship. Matt and his wife Beth have three
children.
Beth Croft was born and bred in Watford, Herts. U. K., home
of the Soul Survivor Church where she leads worship. Beth has
led worship and written songs with Tim Hughes and  has been
leading worship since the age of 18. She is married to Andy
Croft, Associate Director of Soul Survivor Festivals and Church.
Roger Wright studied acting in London and Los Angeles.
He started as a fashion model and then formed a pop group
“Fresh” with his brother. On stage his most notable has
been, in 1999, as the adult Simba in Disney’s “The Lion
King”. On TV Roger received widespread attention as a
finalist in the Andrew Lloyd Webber search for “Superstar”.
Brian Joo is a Korean-American who is an American R & B
and K-Pop recording artist, also known simply as Brian. Brian
attended Rutgers University and graduated from Dongguk
University in Korea. He was also a member of the popular
group Fly to the Sky and has performed in musical theatre.
Phil Keaggy is an acoustic and electric guitarist who has
experienced popularity in both the Christian and “secular”
music worlds. He has been constantly recognised as one of
the world’s “Top 3” finger guitarists. Phil became a
Christian after the death of his mother in a vehicle accident
in 1970. Phil’s albums span over four decades and have
been constant best sellers.
Brian Doerksen is a Pastor, singer/songwriter and author
who live in Canada. He has written award winning songs
such as “Hope of the Nations”,  “Faithful One” and “Refiners
Fire”.  He is married to Joyce and they have 6 children,
including 2 special needs sons.
Joanne Cash Yates, along with her husband, Dr. Harry
Yates. She is the sister of famed singer Johnny Cash
and co-leads the Nashville Cowboy Church in Nashville,
Tenn. (USA). Together they also broadcast into over 110
countries to millions of viewers and listeners. Joanne is
also an author and has produced a number of music
albums
Jahmene  Douglas is the British 2012 X-Factor runner up.
He has signed a record deal with Sony. His story of
coming from ASDA stock boy to popular recording artist
has touched the loves of many. He traces his roots back
to his singing in church and his Christian faith.
